Hope & Help Center of Central Florida began in 1988 as a small support group of a few friends who cared for a close friend dying of AIDS-related complications. Since then, Hope & Help has grown into one of the most comprehensive HIV/STI service organizations in Florida, with a complete medical clinic, in addition to testing, education, prevention, case management, and support group services.
Today, the organization offers HIV/STI preventive and treatment services in English and Spanish to thousands of patients across Florida, including Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Seminole, and Miami.

Florida is among the top 5 states with the most HIV transmissions in the United States. Lack of quality and affordable support and treatment prevent people and communities in these regions from accessing the necessary care and treatment.
Hope & Help aims to change this by providing quality and affordable HIV services to people and communities in these states.
We aim to remove all barriers that prevent people from accessing HIV/STI education and guidance, testing, preventive resources, treatments, and other necessary support.
Life challenges like food and financial insecurity, unhealthy relationships, and mental health issues are among the things that prevent people from accessing HIV/STI support. Hope & Help Center of Central Florida aims to solve these issues to ensure a good life for everyone.

I visited Hope and Help Center last week to get a routine STD screening and I was so impressed with their care! The entire staff was welcoming and very helpful with any questions and concerns I had. Nicole is an amazing nurse and reassured any of my worries. She made me feel so relax and comfortable during my blood work as I explained to her that I have a fear of needles. She was so patient with me and explained the steps as she was doing the process which made the experience a lot more inclusive and I enjoyed how thorough and clean her work ethic is! I would highly recommend this facility for any of your healthcare needs.
My visit with Dr Rowe is exceptional, he always takes his time and listens to you.
I also had my blood drawn by the phlebotomist. I forget her name, but she is the sweetest, and most caring person. She always asks about my well being, is very professional and you can tell she loves what she does. I highly recommend this place for your medical needs
So thankful to have found this gem! Income based and they did not take all day to see, treat and send me off. Was given information about Covid vaccine but not forced to take it. Felt comfortable and seen as a person not a number.
