Dear subscriber, we are sad to see you go, but we also understand.
Your business listing subscription with LGBTQ and ALL will begin as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month without notice until you cancel. You authorize LGBTQ and ALL to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the current monthly rate of USD 19.99, plus applicable taxes, every month upon renewal until you cancel. Cancellations should be made before the new billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew simultaneously on the same day each month. If a monthly subscription starts on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the renewal date will change when the renewal month doesn’t have a corresponding date. For example, a monthly subscription that started on August 31 will renew on September 30 and continue to renew on the 30th of each month until February. In February, it will renew on the 28th and will continue to renew on the 28th indefinitely. At any given time, you can cancel your subscription or update your subscription in your account portal under the subscriptions tab before your next billing cycle. If your primary payment method fails, you authorize LGBTQ and ALL to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us with a backup payment method(s) and fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription until further notice. You can edit your payment information on your LGBTQ and ALL Account Dashboard page under My Subscriptions.
