I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and perinatal concerns, to parenting support and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client’s individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for. I utilize a variety of techniques and interventions based on needs including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Brainspotting, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work from an attachment-based perspective, meaning that I believe that the way we view our relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us impacts our well-being.

Sessions can be done in person or via teletherapy (video or phone sessions).

I am also bilingual/bi-cultural and offer therapy in English and Spanish.
