I take a mind/body approach to therapy, incorporating strategies that will help you silence your inner critic, feel less overwhelmed with life, and ultimately embrace who you’re becoming. Together we will decide what therapeutic strategies will help you reach your goals, because therapy should look the way you want it to look and help you see real change.</p
I’m trained in strategies like Mindfulness, EMDR, Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), Coping Skills, and Guided Imagery. The work we will do together will be guided by what you want to get out of therapy and what you want this experience to look like</p
