Each 60-minute session combines manual therapy, corrective exercises, strength training, and movement education for long-term results.

Clients also receive updated home exercise programs and direct access to their therapist for questions.

We operate by appointment only, with two locations: one in Pasadena and another in the Arts District of downtown LA. We accept out-of-network billing and provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. FSA and HSA payments are also accepted for convenience.
