I’m Danny Livingston, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Costa Mesa, California. I help individuals, couples, and families create healthier relationships with themselves and the people they care about. I offer sessions in person and online for clients across California.
I specialize in Narrative Therapy. This approach helps you step back from the pressures, beliefs, and patterns that shape your life. Together, we examine the story you’ve been carrying and build a new one that reflects your values, strengths, and goals. You are far more than the problems you face, and therapy gives you the space to reconnect with that truth.
Clients come to me for support with anxiety, relationship strain, major transitions, identity questions, and moments of feeling stuck. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I slow things down, ask thoughtful questions, and help you understand what’s really going on so you can move forward with clarity.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade in business leadership. That experience taught me a lot about stress, responsibility, and how easily people lose connection to themselves. It’s also what led me to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and dedicate my work to helping others make meaningful change.
I offer 50-minute sessions, flexible rates, and a free 15-minute consultation. If you’re ready to understand your story and create a life that feels more grounded and intentional, I’d be honored to help.
