My name is Daria Oliveira, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have been providing psychotherapy services for over a decade in a number of community settings, including hospitals, community and non-profit agencies, as well as EAP.
I practice from a trauma-informed lens, which means that I understand that many individuals who come to therapy, bring with them experiences of trauma, both past and present. I aim to provide a physically safe space, as well as, emotional safety throughout our work together. While in therapy, we will work collaboratively, to address your needs and to determine how best to meet these needs.
