Dr. Heidi Cox she/her, Ph.D.

My therapeutic style is integrative and holistic, meaning that I combine different modalities of therapy including Psychodynamic, Somatic, Mindfulness-based, and some CBT techniques for a mind-body approach. I approach therapy through a genuine curiosity about helping you explore in a space you feel safe. No two relationships are the same, thus, no two treatments are exactly the same, and I tailor my approach to your individual concerns and treatment goals. I strongly believe that every person, regardless of gender, sexuality, racial identity, size, or diagnosis should be treated with dignity and given access to effective treatment.
