Hello, my name is Gabrielle Dillard she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 89837) and founder of Gabrielle Dillard, LCSW, where we provide virtual psychotherapy.

I am an alumni of the University of Southern California (USC) School of Social Work. I have over seven years of experience working in the mental health field as a social worker and therapist. I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

In my practice, I utilize an eclectic approach to incorporate a combination of evidence-based practices. I understand we all learn differently, and our journeys are all unique. My treatment approach includes providing a client-centered, trauma-informed, strength-based therapeutic style. I will work with you to determine which therapy models are best for you in our work together. I take a whole-person approach, emphasizing the mind and body connection to mental health.
