Grey Zone Psychology & Wellness provides compassionate, high-quality mental health and wellness support for individuals, couples, and families. We understand that life rarely fits into black-and-white boxes true balance, growth, and healing often lie somewhere in between.

Our team uses evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness, tailored to each client’s unique needs. We offer individual and group therapy, couples and family counselling, psychological and psychoeducational assessments for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and learning difficulties, as well as specialized support for trauma, mood regulation, and social or relational challenges.

Grey Zone also provides psycholegal and psychosocial services to support clients navigating high-conflict legal or family situations. These services include assessments and interventions related to parenting capacity, child-voice reports, family reunification, and court-ordered therapy.

Accessibility is central to our mission. We provide both in-person sessions at our Pointe‑Claire clinic and virtual therapy options, allowing clients flexibility and convenience regardless of their schedule or location.
