THE RIGHT DECISION
Choosing a hair transplant surgeon is a decision that requires a tremendous amount of trust, and for me, credentials mattered just as much as results. Dr. Barusco immediately stood out because of his proper training, board certification, and clear commitment to doing things the right way — medically and ethically.
Within minutes of speaking with him, I felt completely at ease. He has a rare ability to be both highly professional and genuinely personable. You quickly feel that you can trust him — not just as a surgeon, but as a human being. He explains things clearly, answers questions honestly, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured.
The day of surgery only reinforced that confidence. The procedure room was meticulously prepared, including a personalized welcome sign with my name on it, which may sound small but speaks volumes about the care and attention to detail his practice provides. The entire environment was calm, organized, and reassuring. Lunch was also provided, which made a long day much more comfortable.
What truly sets Dr. Barusco apart, however, is his integrity. He originally estimated a certain number of grafts, but during the procedure he determined that fewer were needed to achieve the desired result. He did not hesitate to refund the difference — a substantial amount — without being asked. This level of honesty is rare and deeply appreciated.
That same evening, Dr. Barusco personally called to check on me and provided his direct cell phone number in case I needed anything. Knowing that level of support was available after the procedure was incredibly reassuring.
I will update this review as my results continue to develop, but based on the experience, professionalism, ethics, and care I’ve received so far, I can say with confidence that choosing Dr. Barusco was the right decision.

I had a great experience with Dr. Barusco. He is honest, professional and very friendly. His office is modern, clean and state of the art. His kind demeanor to you to feel comfortable. The procedure went very smoothly and had minimal to no discomfort after. I can highly recommend him.
Outstanding experience. Dr. Barusco and all the staff are extremely professional. As far as the procedure, Dr. Barusco and staff are also very skilled. I did an FUE procedure. The extraction of the donor area was phenomenal! I could shave my head now and you wouldn’t be able to see that anything was extracted at all. The transfer also went well, the existing and transplanted hairs were blended perfectly. We also reclaimed a significant portion of my receding hairline. Overall, I would say that I look 5-10 years younger. Highly recommended, 5 stars!
Highly recommend Dr. Barusco! The lovely ladies at the front desk are so welcoming. Dr. Barusco and his nurse are extremely kind and make you feel comfortable and are very calming. This team has helped me more than words can express!
Dr. Barusco and staff were so professional and really tended to the patient with skill and expertise. I was put up in a hotel night before and night after the procedure, so I was closed by for the follow up and post shampoo. Very thoughtful
