I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, currently the only legally aboveboard option to explore what lies beneath in non-ordinary states of consciousness. I’ve had great success with clients struggling with “stuck” patterns and old narratives that no longer serve them. My POV is through a Neurodiverse lens and incorporates Attachment Theory and C-PTSD with the idea that much of our conflict and distress stems from developmental wounds & unmet needs that can often be traced back to necessary adaptations needed to survive not only our families of origin but also societal norms and expectations in a neurotypical and ableist world.
