Just A Little Step LLC

I am Tania Vargas she/her/hers, LCSW. I am the owner of Just a Little Step LLC. I am a licensed clinical social worker for the state of New York and New Jersey. I work with individuals who are in crisis or wanting to better themselves in some way.

​I work with general mental health, and life transitions, but focus on depression and anxiety.

​I also have a specialized concentration of working with individuals and families who have been impacted by the child welfare system, especially foster care and adoption.

I am a trauma informed clinician and use motivational interviewing, and an intersectionality lens when working with individuals. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
