I am Tania Vargas she/her/hers, LCSW. I am the owner of Just a Little Step LLC. I am a licensed clinical social worker for the state of New York and New Jersey. I work with individuals who are in crisis or wanting to better themselves in some way.
?I work with general mental health, and life transitions, but focus on depression and anxiety.
?I also have a specialized concentration of working with individuals and families who have been impacted by the child welfare system, especially foster care and adoption.
I am a trauma informed clinician and use motivational interviewing, and an intersectionality lens when working with individuals. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
