One of my biggest passions is seeing people live in alignment with themselves, fully embracing and loving who they are and radiating that into the world around them. Society seems to try to extinguish this at every turn. We have a lot to unlearn, and this is where I come in.
I am an Intensively Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist and have practiced this form of therapy for over 10 years. I have taught and practiced Mindfulness both professionally and personally throughout my career, which I’ve seen fuel countless clients’ resiliency as well as my own.
