Business Overview

I have been practicing therapy for over 10 years. I began my journey with an internship at a small family services agency in Northeastern Connecticut before moving to a larger health center in Southeastern Connecticut where I served as both clinician and supervisor for just over 5 years. Throughout my work at the agency, health center, and now in my private practice I have worked with a diverse group of clients, facing a wide range of struggles, difficulties and feeling of imbalance that brought them to work with me during difficult stages of their journey.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I work with families, couples and individual adolescents and adults, and I approach my time with clients from both an individual and relational point of view. Additionally, I am an American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists Approved Supervisor and have supervised interns, clinicians and supervisors from varying backgrounds both individually and in group settings regarding their clinical practice with clients and their exploration of themselves as therapists. I am also an adjunct professor teaching at the University of Saint Joseph in the Marriage and Family Therapy Program.
