Business Overview

At MIND, we provide affirming and responsive evidence-based therapy to youth, young adults, and families in and around Chicago. We have many options for therapy and personal growth including individual therapy, group work, and neuropsychological evaluations. Specifically, we focus on promoting the well-being of children, adolescents, and young adults through evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and exposure-based therapies. Our team focuses on what is important to you and your family by individualizing each therapy experience.

At MIND CHICAGO, we believe in providing wellness services that are attentive and responsive to culture, age, race, family, identity, gender, ability, religion/spirituality, and environment. As such, our approach sees the client as the expert. We work with you to identify what is meaningful and use the therapeutic process to help you pivot. Therapy helps our clients tolerate distress and uncertainty (not bail them out of it) in service of what is important to them. However, we recognize that getting started with therapy may be scary and challenging. Therefore, we strive to create a welcoming and brave space for you, your child, and your family.
