Momenta Clinic is a virtual counselling and assessment service in Ontario. The clinic was founded in 2012 by Dr. Harpreet Kaur Chattha. The therapists and psychologists at Momenta Clinic provide research-based and compassionate care for various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, life stress and transitions, trauma, panic attacks, and relationship issues.
Led by her desire to help people find happiness and make positive changes in their lives, Dr. Chattha brought together a team of compassionate and experienced therapists and professionals under the Momenta umbrella.
Dr. Chattha believes that everyone, including members of the LGBTQIA community, deserves the best mental care. To achieve this, Chattha and her team provide care with humility and transparency to people of all backgrounds and ethnicities.
Dr. Chattha prides of various experiences in her professional career. She has worked as a staff psychologist at Credit Valley Hospital (CVH), the Ottawa Hospital (TOH), and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), among other hospitals.
During her career, Chattha has worked in various programs, including the Eating Disorder Program, Mood and Anxiety program, Rehabilitation program, and providing clinical support and education to family health teams.
