Business Overview

Montreal Therapy Centre was founded in 2003 by three former classmates who believed that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. Since then, our practice has grown to include a diverse team of nearly 100 professionals, offering therapy in up to 17 languages.

Our mission is simple but powerful: deliver high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families at affordable rates. Whether you need support for mental health challenges, relationship issues, parenting, or personal growth, we strive to meet you where you are.

We offer a wide range of services including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group sessions, art therapy, drama therapy, and counselling for children and teens. We also provide secure online therapy, allowing clients to connect with a therapist from home a flexible option for those with busy schedules or living outside central Montreal.

Accessibility is a cornerstone of our practice. Our sliding-scale system ensures that cost does not become a barrier to receiving mental health support.

Our team is multicultural, multilingual, and inclusive: we serve clients from a variety of cultural, religious, and linguistic backgrounds, and we welcome all genders and orientations.

Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, life transitions, or seeking support for personal growth, Montreal Therapy Centre is here to listen, support, and guide you toward better emotional well-being.
