My name is Julia Daki, a licensed child psychologist in Montreal. Since 2010, I have helped children and families build confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being. I hold a Master’s in School and Applied Child Psychology from McGill University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Toronto. I offer therapy and full assessments, including autism evaluations using ADI-R and ADOS-2.
My approach is warm, supportive, and culturally sensitive. I work with families from many backgrounds, including those who have recently moved to Montreal. I believe every child can grow and make positive changes. By involving parents and learning about each family’s values and daily routines, I tailor care to each child’s needs.
I provide telehealth and virtual consultations only, giving families flexible access to care from home. My services include child and family therapy, neurodevelopmental and autism assessments, help with anxiety and emotional regulation, support with school challenges, guidance through family transitions, mindfulness-based therapy, and parent coaching.
I use evidence-based methods such as solution-focused therapy, play and art therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and mindfulness. Sessions stay creative, engaging, and child-friendly.
Reaching out can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. I help families understand their child’s needs, build effective strategies, and create lasting change.
Let’s take the first step toward a healthier and more confident future for your child.
