Pagano Wellness Clinic uses advanced psychological therapies and traditional wellness practices to offer individual, couple, and family therapy. The clinic consists of innovative professionals who are good in their fields. With 21 allied and community-member providers, Pagano Wellness Clinic aims to ensure everyone has access to therapy services regardless of their background. The professionals provide LGBTQ+ care and champion the rights of everyone.
Jenna Pagano, LMFT, a pioneer in LGBTQ+ health at the University of Iowa and advocate for ethical gender-affirming care is the founder of Pagano Wellness Clinic. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, Pagano (she/her) is committed to inclusive support and understanding for all.
She is a member of the Virginia Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a board-approved supervisor for LMFT and LPC residents. She enjoys working with couples of all ages and families and is a strong believer that every behavior makes sense in the right context.

We offer evidence-based psychotherapy for PTSD (Posttraumatic Stress Disorder). We provide customized treatment for psychiatric disorders, mental health issues, and somatic symptoms. This helps recover a client’s ability to process and integrate information normally.
We offer couples therapy to help you and your partner improve communication and strengthen relationships.
At Pagano, we believe that no solution occurs in isolation. In addition to individual and couples therapy, we offer family therapy for everyone involved to ensure our client’s well-being. This is done transparently and following higher privacy protocols.
We provide group therapy for mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

I know I can call (or text!!!) and someone will make sure I am answered immediately. I cannot recommend Pagano Wellness Clinic enough. Winston (the golden retriever) is pretty amazing too.
The Pagano wellness clinic is a very relaxing setting. Once you walk through the doors it feels like your going into someone’s living room. The staff are professional and caring.
