Business Overview

Briana Soucy she/her

M.Ed, RMHC-I (Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern)

Hi there – I am the Owner and Founder of Parallels Behavioral Health. I started this practice with the community in mind. I realized how difficult it is for people to come to therapy appointments in person, have access to resources and connect with someone on their own terms which is what my entire practice was founded on. In addition to being the Owner, I am also the primary therapist, offering a range of evidence based treatment interventions to treat a variety of mental health disorders and daily life problems.

Together, we will create goals bringing you towards living the life you want for yourself – the life you deserve. I offer mental health services via telehealth to treat a variety of mental health disorders from the comfort of your own home. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems or for those who are just feeling stuck and need help deciding what path to take next. I will work with you every step of the way to live the life you want for yourself – the life you deserve. In an ever-changing world, it is so easy for the stress to affect your mental-wellbeing.

If you are feeling anxious, underappreciated, or overwhelmed, I can help you create a plan that will help you move forward. Wherever you are, whatever you’re going through – both past and present – we will figure it out… together. The truth is, there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach when it comes to therapy.

Together, we will work toward empowering and obtaining necessary skills to meet your specific goals – not just by talking about them, but by coming up with action-based plans that will foster change and promote healing
