Business Overview

When you seek a therapist, you want someone both empathetic and skilled. I aim to deliver that balance: warm and supportive, yet also goal-oriented and clear in direction. I partner with clients dealing with anxiety and panic to reduce or fully overcome their symptoms. In couples therapy, I help people enhance communication and develop effective tools for resolving conflict moving issues toward resolution instead of endless disagreement.

If there’s been infidelity in your relationship, I bring a specialized healing framework that I’ve taught in professional training settings. As an addictions specialist, I support individuals, partners, and families through recovery using a 12-Step model to address behavioral and substance-related addictions everything from gambling and disordered eating to alcohol or drug misuse.

My training includes experience in Christian inpatient settings, and I welcome providing faith-infused counseling for clients who wish to incorporate spiritual values. At the same time, I remain respectful and inclusive of other beliefs and welcome clients from any faith background.
