Dubí is located in Teplice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic, lying in the Ore Mountains. It is best known for being a spa town.
The first spas in Dubí were created in 1860 and managed by Anton Tschinkel, the founder of a porcelain factory. A couple of years later, his first spa (Diana’s Spa) opened. Now, you can find the present-day Theresa’s Spa in Dubi (operating since 1879), containing mineral waters recommended to patients after brain and spine surgeries.
However, Dubi doesn’t just offer spas to visitors and locals. The most iconic sight in Dubí is the Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary. This church was constructed between 1898 and 1906 on the order of Prince Clary-Aldringen. It was a copy of the Venice church Madonna dell Orto. The intention of building this property was to serve as the church for their family.

History/Data
- The first mention of Dubí was from 1494 to 1498, acknowledging this destination as a village of tin miners.
- Europe’s largest deposits of lithium-bearing mica zinnwaldite were expected to be mined in 2019 in the village Cínovec. However, it is now slated to start in 2022.
- Dubí is an essential transit point to Germany via European route E55. In addition, the Cínovec border crossing is found within the town limits. This area features a spa with mineral waters and a china factory.
- In 1998, the railroad line with a stunning scenario (Most–Dubí–Moldava) that passes through Dubi was declared a national monument.
- In 2018, the population of Dubi was 7,876 residents.
