Roots in Wellness offers individual therapy for adolescents and adults to help them get their lives back on track. Whether you’re looking for accountability, to learn more about yourself, or to improve your overall quality of life, we are here to help. Our practitioners specialize in various topics, including parents and post-natal health, gender and sexuality, and trauma and EMDR.
We know that reaching out for help isn’t easy to do. You’ve made the first step towards improving your life, and we are so happy that you decided to reach out!
As Registered Psychotherapists and students, we are experts in how to address these difficulties in ways that allow you to live the full, meaningful life that you want. Roots and in Wellness is conveniently located in Hamilton, Ontario, and offers phone counseling and e-counseling options for those who may be out of town or unable to travel to our office.
Cost: Our individual sessions cost $130 +HST for a one-hour session. Sessions with our students are $80+HST for a one-hour session. All students are supervised by Registered Psychotherapists.
Therapy with a Psychotherapist is not covered by OHIP. However, if you have 3rd party insurance, you may have coverage there.
