Rebecca Kason she/her/hers is a licensed clinical psychologist (NY & NJ) who earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Long Island University. Dr. Kason completed an APA accredited internship at Mount Sinai Services, where she gained extensive experience treating children, adolescents, and families. Specializing in Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dr. Kason has had great success in the treatment of clients struggling with emotion dysregulation, behavioral disorders, interpersonal difficulty, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and phobias.

We offer Cognitive & Dialectical Behavior Therapy, parent coaching, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and families. We treat a wide range of problems including depression, opposition, anxiety, worry, behavioral difficulties, and more.

Our team is dedicated to applying evidence based treatment in a way that speaks to the unique developmental needs of children & teens. Many of our therapists have experience working as clinicians in a school setting. This experience allows us to uniquely understand the additional challenges that parents and children are facing during their day to day lives.
