Business Overview

While pursuing my master’s degree in counseling psychology, I also worked as a professional nanny. I later was hired as a recruiter and consultant for a local nanny agency where I learned how to find the best matches for families looking for a nanny and I gained understanding on how to help identify and source what people are looking for. This experience, along with my years of experience with psychotherapy, has greatly inspired the work I do today.

Today, I am both a licensed and practicing psychotherapist in the Atlanta area who has worked in various professional settings. I also continue to work as a consultant and recruiter. My years of expertise in both fields uniquely situates me to best understand what you need, help you make great connections to a find a therapist, and to teach you how to get the most out of therapy. I’m passionate about mental health and the positive impact it has made not only in my own life, but in the lives of so many I have worked with throughout the years.

Thank you for entrusting me with such a personal choice to take the leap into therapy. I’m honored to be a small part of your story on your healing journey!
