The Sexual Health Centre in Potchefstroom is formed of a multidisciplinary team of Sexologists and Pharmacists who can treat all sexuality, relationship, and sexual medicine concerns.
Carolien Gibb is a Certified Sexologist and licensed marriage & family therapist (LMFT) with a degree in Sexology (Cum Laude). She specializes in working as a couples and sex therapist with sexual dysfunctions and disorders. Carolien is also involved with the International Society for Sexual Medicine and always keeping an eye on the latest contributions regarding sexuality and desire technology. As a sexologist she is capable of working directly with couples, individuals or families in the field of sexual health and behaviors.
Carolien is tremendously skilled and equipped in working with sexual laws, acts and public policy, as well as with activist groups regarding the legalisation of sexual related issues including sex work and LGBTQ+ rights. She is devoted to improving general sexual related laws by developing a better understanding of sex-ed and consensual sex.
