You and your partner fight all the time. Or possibly it’s quite the opposite- you barely talk to one another- at least not about anything real. You are longing to have a partner in your life—someone to enjoy life and grow together, not further apart. You may not know where your intimacy and sex life went. The truth is you may not even know if it’s possible to get to the place you truly want to be. Deep down, you think there is a possibility, and ultimately, you know that you can’t continue living this way anymore. It’s time for a change. It’s time for growth. You know it is.
I am here to help you and your partner in this journey towards being that couple you genuinely want to be. I’ve worked with couples at many different stages of their lives and relationship, and I’m here to say it’s not easy, but it’s all doable. The trick is that you’ve got to take a step into the unknown for change to happen. Getting started with couples therapy or marriage counseling is a step into the unknown.
My passion lies in helping individuals and couples get to the root of their struggles, so they can have passionate, connected, and fulfilled relationships. By allowing yourself to get honest and vulnerable, tolerate the uncomfort of letting your guards down, and indeed be seen that we will help you get everything, you want from your relationship. However, without these ingredients, you end up living in a place of unneeded guards that provides an illusion of protection and safety. Maybe you are used to living this guarded, but whole different life is ahead of you when you release yourself of these walls—a life of freedom and authentic connection. I’m ready when you are.
I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. I furthered my education with a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.
At the start of my career, I trained at an inpatient hospital and various community mental health agencies. And for more than a decade, I’ve been in private practice helping adults and couples make the changes they want to see in their lives.
