I help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and connection. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling with intimacy, or processing grief and loss, therapy can provide the support needed to move forward with confidence and purpose.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I create a supportive space where you can explore patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others. Together, we focus on meaningful, lasting change so you can feel more connected, balanced, and aligned in your daily life.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I integrate both somatic therapy and talk therapy to support the mind-body connection and help release stored emotional stress. I offer specialized support for individuals navigating mid-life transitions, including identity shifts, perimenopause, and evolving relationships with sexuality and self.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming environment where you feel seen, heard, and respected. I proudly offer LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, creating an inclusive space where you can explore your identity and experiences without judgment so you can live more authentically and fully.

Heather helped me find myself and the courage to make changes. Her down-to-earth personality makes her so easy to talk to as she guides you through understanding the root of your emotions and reactions. She’s funny and kind, open and nonjudgmental. I found her experience in intimacy and relationships, adult parent relationships, trauma, and substance abuse to be helpful in understanding my own issues and behavioral patterns. She has made a lasting impact on how I process issues and view myself and the world around me.
Heather supported me through one of the most challenging chapters of my life. In the wake of losing my father and navigating a divorce, her compassion and non-judgmental presence were a true source of comfort and wisdom. Her open-mindedness and deep understanding of my personal struggles created a safe, trusting space where I felt genuinely heard. With her guidance, I gained the tools and strength I needed to move through that difficult phase. If you’ve ever found it hard to be fully honest and vulnerable in therapy, Heather is your person.
Heather is very talented at listening to me and getting directly to the root of the issue. She understands the pace I am willing to push myself. I have really enjoyed the somatic experiencing she has taken me through.
