We invite individuals, couples, and families to seek a therapist to fit their needs. Our therapists cover a range of therapeutic styles and techniques and come from various backgrounds, giving our clients a robust choice in their treatment.

I was born and raised in Utah and traveled to Colorado to extend my degree and find new journeys through adventure. I spent eight years in Colorado working primarily as a medical social worker in a high acuity hospital. I had the honor to work with patients with acute and chronic illnesses and life transitions and expand my medical knowledge. I have now come back to Utah and engaged my social justice lens around LGBTQIA+ affirming and Trauma-Informed therapy practice. I am passionate about human rights and our ability to engage with our community more significantly. I love the outdoors and fresh air, family, friends, and spending time seeking the good vibes and staying present in my life journey.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy which involves creating a safe and brave space to explore stressors and barriers in a comfortable, non-threatening and meets the individual’s needs. In treatment, the time you have is your time, and I want you to feel empowered and safe.
