It’s never been a question. I’ve always been helping and supporting others and was drawn to psychology from a young age with my deep desire to understand the world around me. Growing up I never knew where I belonged, I was always analyzing how others interacted and functioned. I was trying to figure out who I was.
With many of my clients, we explore feelings of “not good enough”, “supposed to be” and “should have.” Navigating ones own identity in a world where it is often dicated by parents, peers, culture, and media; many of my clients feel claustrophobic in the social prison.
In our work together, we will unpack the stories, pressures, and expectations of who you were told to be and free you from them. We will then rewrite the narrative to be congruent and empowering of the person you are.
I’m fighting for the future you that no longer feels these feelings. The future you that is no longer crippled by anxiety, depression, trauma, and shame. I will be there with you every step of the way, there is a way out.
