Savannah Arseneau, M.S., Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern

Savannah is passionate about mental health, which led her to pursuing and completing her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling by age 26. As a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, Savannah has been working in the mental health field for the past 5 years and wants to do things differently. As a millennial, Savannah understands the unique struggles and stressors that we are facing. Savannah approaches mental health in a unique way, with lots of authenticity, dark humor and dad jokes. Savannah enjoys working with all ages 14 and up. While she is comfortable working with most any situation, she specializes in trauma and anxiety disorders. Savannah has experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health struggles, she also enjoys working with couples as well.

We are a group of masters-level practitioners that believe mental health matters are preventative. We strongly feel that help should be easily accessible to everyone. Therapy and coaching does not need to be uncomfortable or “stuffy” but rather fun and rewarding.
