Truth Center for Health and Healing LLC is a practice built on learning and growing. We believe every human has the opportunity for growth as they are challenged to look within. We look from a trauma-informed lens that allows us to not ask what is wrong with someone but rather what happened to them. This lens creates a space for the client and the clinician to view patterns of interaction as something that may have been once useful for someone, but has served its purpose and the opportunity and need for change is possible.
Truth Center for Health and Healing supports clients in discovering their true authentic selves by creating a safe space that affirms ALL individuals’ dignity, worth, and value. We are intentional about being in solidarity with Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), and LGBTQ individuals. Our Therapists are committed to creating and maintaining an atmosphere of openness and trust where all attitudes, beliefs, values, and behaviors can be freely explored and discussed.
