A solution-oriented mental health practice designed with the BIPOC and LGBTQ individuals in mind focused on mental and physical wellness. We are a team of highly skilled psychotherapists, care concierges’, researchers, and project managers committed to ensuring effective evidence-based treatment and compassionate healing.

Our practice is located in the Chelsea neighborhood. But you don’t have to come to our physical premises to benefit from our services. We provide remote services for patients who prefer that option.
Individual Solutions
Our Individual Solutions help people facing mental issues like stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family issues, and life transitions. We also provide services targeting members of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities.
Concierge Solutions
This category consists of comprehensive and goal-oriented services aimed at helping clients to better manage their behavioral and emotional conditions. Ideally, these solutions focus on the well-being of the “Whole Person” to help them achieve independence and improve their quality of life.
Community Solutions
Our Community Care Solutions utilize various traditional behavioral health tools and practices that have broad applicability—applying these to many of the common challenges nonprofits, managed-care organizations, educational systems, and government entities experience. We can assist with Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives, employee wellness and educational programming, behavioral/healthcare project management, research, social marketing, corporate social and political action initiatives, strategic planning, supervision/training, etc.
