Equilibrium Counseling is a mental health group practice located in Centennial CO offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. We specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ youth through adults, especially around attachment and trauma. We also provide training and business consultation for those looking to make sure their values of inclusion match their business practices.
Equilibrium’s approach to therapy is a unique one. The team believes that everyone is born unique and so is the approach to therapy. They approach therapy uniquely for each individual with the primary goal of connecting with the innate knowledge of an individual’s purpose and truth.
Depending on the clients, the therapist educates and provides a structure while on other occasions, they only provide a space where the client can feel safe and heard. In whatever the case, the goal is always one—evoke the client’s ability to heal and gain the courage to take risks and explore their full potential.
Kyla Jones MA, LPC is the founder of Equilibrium Counseling. Kyla believes in creating a safe space where all people, including the members of the LGBTQ+ community, can be heard. Kyla takes time to know her clients to ensure they find a better path to handling the therapy process. Observations, asking questions, and offering suggestions are some of their approaches to therapy.
